1859 - Sardinia: 20c dark blue from "ABBIATEGRASSO 10/8" (MI pt.11) to Gallarate. First days of use of Sardinian' stamps after the Provisional Government of Lombardy. Superb. E. Diena certificate (Sassone 15B+pt.11 - € 4.180)
1861 - Sardinia: tri-color franking composed by 20c. deep blue, 40c. carmine red with frame line and 80c. pale ochre-yellow on piece of a registered letter from "VARESE 11 APR 64", Italian Kingdom period. Extremey fine, Giulio Bolaffi's signature and Sorani certificate (Sassone 15C+16Bb+17A - € 2.035+++)
1858 - Sardinia: 10c grey brown, IV issue, I plate, 1860 printing horizontal pair, mint original gum. Superb. Sorani certificate (Sassone 14Be - € 2.600+)
1887 - Kingdom of Italy: Umberto, 20c orange, perforated "C18" and 5c green in additional franking, numeral cancelled with bar postmark "18" on franked lettercard from "MODENA 8 18 87" to Nice, France.
